#778² TOO BUSY!

In the last couple of weeks I was ultra busy. The things at work got out of hand, the blog, the sport, the racing. I am used to do a lot, sure, therefore that’s hardly an issue for me, but it is the feeling of being busy that strikes me here.

When I work on my projects, no matter what it is, there is always one thing more important than any other! And this is having a free mind! I can do things under pressure, that’s not the problem! But when there is too much to worry or think about, than I am out! My brain shuts down! I can’t keep up the focus! I start to get inefficient!

Sure, others just call that life! But I have a different mindset! I do not just want to accept things as they are! No! I want to make things better! I want to improve! To get better! To get more efficient! To get things done in a better way.

At work I have so many meetings, I do not even know when I am supposed to actually work something!?

Sure, there are techniques to make things better! But most of the time that’s not enough! I start working at 6 am. Not because I need to, but because this is the only time of the day when I can work on something without getting constantly distracted! Nobody is calling me! Nobody has any questions! It’s just me and my tasks!

But it’s not just that, right?! It’s the complete package!

Being busy is a mindset thing. It’s the way we perceive our environment! It’s the way we look at projects and the stuff that we do!

Being busy is a decision! You can decide! It’s always up to you!

See you next time!
