#782² THE STRUGGLE OF A DREAMER

We get up, we work, we enjoy life, we go to sleep.

But is that really it? Is that really all? Is that what we are supposed to do?

Honestly, I can’t enjoy the stuff that others love to do. Traveling, parties, music, that is all just nothing for me. I enjoy life when there is nothing like that on the agenda. Am I strange? Why am I different? Am I the only one?

The older I get, the better I understand. I had this inner notion. This drive to stop doing certain things. I did them anyways! Of course I did! I tried to be a part of the system. I tried to blend in. But I can’t!

We all might experience the same. We have dreams, hopes, goals we are chasing after. Building a house? Sure! That is socially accepted! But getting a Porsche at a very young age? Becoming a race car driver? For stuff like that you can hardly harvest any support. The society is again you. People are against you.

And so you need to do your own thing. You need to blend out the naysayers, the people that hold you back. You need to step forward, alone! You need to follow your path! Even tough this might lead into a completely different direction.

Everything is possible if you believe in yourself! And the longer you do that the easier it will become! But what will always stay is this internal fight. Am I doing enough? Can I reach my goals? We start to wonder. Why should we reach our goals, when all those other people out there try so hard and fail?

We worry too much. We think too much. We can’t enjoy the present moment. But we are still on track! the game isn’t lost! The battle is ongoing.

Do what you love and ignore the naysayers. They do not see what you see. They do not know what you know! Everything is possible as long as you can keep up with the pace and stay in the mindset you need.

See you next time!
