I do it, you do it, we are all doing it.

Let’s face it, everything is a lie. This might sound too hard and too aggressive, I know. But if we are really looking at our situation in life, it’s the only answer that really seems to make sense.

In a men and women build world we are all living in today, everything is made up. From the oscars, to taxes, to sports to everything. Look at whatever you want and start asking the right questions. Every rule we have, every law, every construct of time, this is all made up. Sure, that doesn’t need to be a bad thing after all, but we do not want to judge it anyways.

Accept how things are and you will be free.

You read this sentence and think what? What is freedom? How do you define “being free”? When are we free? Why do we want to be free? Why should we accept things as they are? And there we have it. However your answers will look like, it’s the lie you are telling yourself.

Life needs to make sense.

Not for everyone else, but at least for you. If whatever we are doing doesn’t make sense, we will not do it, we will fail. If we don’t get it, we don’t get it. If you do not see the point in running in the morning, you will not run in the morning. At least not for longer than a couple of days. Instead, you will tell yourself why running in the morning doesn’t make sense to you. It’s too early, you are not build to run, we all know how the game works.

But what does it change, to understand this about life?

It changes everything. From now on, you do not need to find excuses why you can’t, but reasons why you should! If everything is a lie, fine! But then we can use this situation and turn the whole damn thing upside down. In fact, we can use this fact about life and create our own story, our own life.

It is time for a change in your life, don’t you think?
