Yesterday 20 years ago, I had my first day at school. The 11th of September 2001. We all think that we know exactly what has happened on that very day, but do we?
We go through life believing.
Believing what people are telling us. Believing what we assume might be the real story. But isn’t it fascinating to observe how easily we are getting influenced?
In this modern world, influencers wear this name for a reason. They have a certain amount of influence about basically everything.
When have we stopped checking the facts by ourselves? Have we ever been doing that?
The more I think about this, the more confused I tend to end up. Do I check everything of what I believe in? Is this all really my opinion? Do I really need whatever I have in mind, or is that all just hammered into my head over and over again?
Yesterday was a day to remember, today is a day to wonder.
We have to stop believing “facts” out of the blue. We need to stop following others! Instead, we need to form our own opinion!
