We all know how life is supposed to be. You grow up having fancy dreams. You get older and understand how unrealistic your dreams are. You grow up and have to forget about your dreams because of life. You are old and realize that you have wasted all your time by not chasing after your dreams.
But life doesn’t have to be like this. You can still change it! No matter how old or young you are.
Recently I had the pleasure to talk with a hand full of “older” people about everything that came to mind. From retirement to traveling, from what their kids are doing to choices in life. And not surprisingly, I saw the very picture I had in mind. I wouldn’t necessarily say that my generation has an easier job to do, but there is something about us the older generations don’t understand.
In this life we can achieve everything! But just not everything at the same time! Time is limited. Resources are limited! And so we have to decide! Take the right decision! Stick to the plan. Follow our passion.
Whatever you want to do in this life, you can do it. But the moment you doubt it, the battle is already lost. The dream, broken. The possibility, gone.
If you know what you want and are convinced that you can do it, nobody can stop you!
