We have big dreams and ambitious goals. We want, we need, we have to … But without being healthy everything else seems to become unimportant. I am struggling with this for month now. Month in which my top priority goals have changed. Of course I was never the most success driven guy, otherwise I couldn’t justify doing this low performing blog here. But putting all jokes aside, being healthy is the most important thing.
You can’t buy good health, in the end, this is a product of your body.

We chase through our days, trying to keep up with the pace. It’s a wild world out there. Sure, we don’t have to be a part of this system and we do not have to take part in it, but still we decide to do so. And so we have to find our way. A healthy middle way.
The last month at work were stressful. In fact, the most stressful time in my life I ever had. These days it’s supposed to get better. And actually, it is! Slowly, sure, but better. The only question that is left? What did I do wrong? Have I lost myself underneath the high workload? Not really. Having a new job is one thing, but learning everything you need to know by yourself? That is quite something. I tend to like situations like these, at least from the perspective of making a process out of it and solving the problems I see. But the pressure, nah! I hate that part!
And so I have to take more time for myself. I need to work less and relax more. I need to let go of the issues at work and switch off. Easier said than done! Sure, but it’s the only way. I don’t think that anything else besides all that stress and workload is causing my issues, but of course I can’t be sure about that. Well, let’s see what the future will bring with it. The homework for me. Switch off!
See you next time!
