#963² BEHIND THE BLOG² – S3 E10 – WHY WRITING HELPS

I do this for quite some time already, writing I mean. It’s not important how you do it but that you do it. On a regular basis? Yes! Every day? Yes!

We all know that we should reflect more on ourself. And sure, some of us are already doing that, quite naturally sometimes, but not all of us do it. In the last years of doing this daily blog I noticed a something remarkable. Not only have I changed personally, but also in the way I think. I have reached the next level, so to speak. I analyze my life, my doing, just everything in a different way. Life is no longer this one big thing we try to understand. No, I have learned to change my focus. To look at the things from a completely different level.

But sure, I could have gained that through other things in life as well. Meditating, having deep conversation with experienced people, you name it. But that’s not all I have learned. I also care more about how things are getting expressed. We listen to someone talking and hear only what they say, not how they say it. Expressing oneself is the key to a lot of things in life. Which information do we share with whom and in which way?

I wouldn’t say that I am an expert in blogging, really, I have no clue about that! But writing helped me to change my mindset, to track my progress, to make sure I have something to say every single day. I am on a mission and this blog helps me to reach all of my goals. But it’s easy for me to say, right? I just love writing. But that’s a habit I have taught myself. A trained love so to say.

If you want to improve your life, start writing every day! You don’t know what to write about? It doesn’t matter! Just write!

See you next time!
