I stopped counting the times I stopped but the classical concept of meditating doesn’t feel right to my situation right now. I know that I have to release the stress and reduce my stress level in general, but meditating just doesn’t help. It’s only adding another task to the to do list instead of making me feel more comfortable or relaxed.
I still do my breath work and want to calm down, but not by sitting around any longer.
