The limit isn’t where you think it is.
There is a limit, definitely! But usually it’s not where we think it is. As the saying goes: “The sky is the limit.” But deep inside we all know that it isn’t. There is a limit! The only thing we have to do is to find it.
Your personal limit is never the same. We grow and get better, we loose our focus and take steps backwards. Therefore our limit is constantly moving up and down, only going down, only going up or doing a combination of those.
Is it important to know your limit? I would say yes it is. Without actually knowing your personal limit how can you differ between a hard training session and a mediocre one? The simple answer is you can’t. Therefore get to know your limit!
Stepping over the limit is nothing we should be afraid of.
