#1236² iPad Pro (Gen 6)

This post is not supposed to be anger driven. It may take me some time to put my personal rage aside and focus on an objective standpoint. True, at the end of the day it doesn’t matter. At the end of the day we don’t know it better either. But it’s still a post I want to write. No, in fact, it’s a post I have to write.

It was about time for a new one.

Starting my iPad love around 2017 when I got the old generation 2 version from my mother, I have used it daily ever since. What can I say, an iPad is just very practical. Especially for my personal use case. I watch my videos and movies while doing sport, cooking, eating, being in the pool. I increase my simulator experience for example in the flight sim. I read and have read all the books for studying and entertainment. I draw cars, I do my language learning, I check out car prices online.

With my old iPad still being in use, it was time for an update. Why? Certain apps did not work any longer and the screen is a bit small. And so I was ready to buy the new iPad one and a half years ago but they didn’t really updated the old one. And so, I decided to wait and wait and wait. Well, what can I say? They finally updated the iPad and gave me a reason to get it and so I did.

I have the iPad for nearly a month already and it’s like magic. Of course there was a lot going on in the last 10 years from a technical point of view, but it’s just so much faster and better to use, unbelievable.

Is the iPad too expensive? Everything good is expensive. But of course it is! Is it worth the money? If you use it like I do it’s worth it, but if you don’t use it that often you might be able to do without.

So far I don’t regret my decision. The iPad is a great support in my daily routine.

See you next time!
