The most simple process to increase our productivity is to reflect on our doing. We all know how it works, we just tend to forget about it. You can start by reflecting your whole day, a certain event, a meeting, an argument, a special task, a moment where you felt like this was a poor performance, honestly, we can reflect anything. But it’s not enough to find ways how to improve, it’s also necessary to really understand what is going on. Maybe I was too focused on something, maybe I lost my temper, my feelings took over, pick whatever situation you like and rethink the moment. There is always something we are missing. Always something we do not see or actively ignore.
Just tell yourself that you can do better and do exactly that. Small steps are still a way forward. Learning becomes a habit. Improving becomes a life philosophy.
See you next time!
