You can do sport every single day if you know how. Not that it would be a secret to anyone. You just have to find a balance between the training and the recovery time. As easy as that.

After a long session on the bike you shouldn’t schedule in a leg day anytime soon. Of course you can still do that, sometimes it’s benefices to increase the intensity, but generally speaking if you want to be able to walk the next day, you shouldn’t. Do something else instead. There are millions of things to do.

I do sport on a daily basis because that’s what I like to do. Of course there are some days on which I do more than the usual, but there are also days were I just do a little bit of sport, maybe we shouldn’t even count that as sport. The goal is just to get going and reaching our goals. Whatever they are and whenever you want to reach them. Find your pace and listen to your bodies reaction.
