Sometimes less is more. Sometimes this is just an excuse.
A break is not what I wanted, a break is what I got. I could try it, I could overdo it again, but I don’t want. I want to get fit before trying again. I want the issues to disappear. And so, instead of spending my time racing against the clock, I am doing sport and reading. Not that this wouldn’t also help, it’s just something else. I miss racing of course. I miss the adrenalin. But your personal health needs to have the highest priority in your life, always.
