If you can truly believe yourself that you can run 20k you will be able to run 20k but you will not be able to run more than that. The sky isn’t the limit. We are the limit. We set the limit. We define the limitations of our life. Dream big and they will call you a fool, change your mindset and start believing in yourself and you will be able to do all of what you have dreamed before.
