It’s a function I actually know from the microsoft flight simulator. It means that you can pause in mid flight with the aircraft frozen but you can change adjustments of the plane, go through the checklist or do whatever you want to do, taking a picture for example.

What if we can do the same thing in real life? When was the last time you took an active pause in your life? When was the last time you stopped for a moment and gave it all a second thought? Sometimes it’s the only thing we need. Just take a minute to breathe.
