Knowing yourself means understanding who you are. Understanding who you are means knowing what is going on in and around you mind. When it comes to the topic of motivating oneself for the challenge ahead, it’s us that should know it better. What motivates us? What keeps us going like a hamster on cocain? Is it the music? The people? The environment? The cloths you are wearing? Is it the insta post before, during, or after the workout? Is it the feeling before and or after? What is it that keeps you running, cycling, doing your thing?
Knowing yourself means knowing how to motivate oneself for the challenges life is throwing at us big time. If you don’t know how to motivate yourself, start figuring this out. It will have a dramatic influence on everything in your life.
