Life can be pretty stressful sometimes. But it’s not the world around us that is changing, it’s our perception of what is going on. I can have the most stressful day of the year and you wouldn’t even notice, the same goes the other way around. Stress is a personal thing. What for some of us feels stressful doesn’t need to be the same for someone else. The importance is to understand what causes us to think or feel that something is stressful. And once we have understood that, we can work on removing those situations or constellations out of our life.
I for example are not meant to do two things at the same time, of course the experts are still discussing if that’s even possible, but let’s give it a try. I can do easy multitasking things, but that’s already the solution. I can just do easy things. So, when doing difficult things I shouldn’t even try multitasking. Problem solved, stress removed. And the same approach works for so many other walks of life. Try it yourself, you will see that it works.
