We might not prepare ourselves for the next olympics but with our personal training it’s no difference to the pros. If the equation isn’t right we will not come far, literally.

You can do sport all day long, without the right nutrition you will not use your full potential. Everything needs to be in harmony. Is your intensity high enough? Is your intensity too high? Do you give your body the necessary time to rest and recover? Do you sleep good? Do you eat enough? Do you eat too little? Do you eat the right stuff? Do you feel good? Or do you feel burned out already?

It’s not that complicated, honestly. We just have to learn to listen to our body. Ok, that’s easier said than done, but it’s one of the key elements towards reaching our goals. Learn to listen to yourself. Does this feel right? Or does something feel off? Try to get into the right mindset! You have to think like a pro to make a difference. Make no difference!
