Relaxation is key. Especially if you have the tendency to overdo things regularly. But how do we relax properly? What is the best procedure? There can’t be a universal answer to that. We are all different in the way we do things, that’s why there is no solution that fits it all. I tend to deal with two days off in between busy days in the best way. In the beginning it feels hard to stop doing sport but after a while I can get used to it. This way my whole body gets the time it needs to recover. I really try to implement this into my workout routine and end up having two days off every two or three weeks. I know, I should do it more often, but it’s not that easy.
