This post is not about having fun, I mean, not “having fun”, it’s about having fun in our everyday workout, or better, trying to have fun again in our workout routine. I do sport for more than half my life on a nearly daily basis, therefore believe me when I am saying that sometimes we all struggle with finding the right mindset.

Having fun while doing sport is the topping on the ice. The topping on the ice we shouldn’t eat, of course! But how often do we really enjoy our workout? How often do we really feel good for just doing our thing? Exactly! Therefore we have to find ways of motivating ourselves. Some small tricks we have long discovered, music, the gym crush, you know the game. But what comes after that?

If you want to reach your goals in the world of sport having fun is the key in order to be able to get through the hard and long days. It will hurt, you will feel unbearable pain, but it will be worth it one day!
