Season two is about to start. It’s time for a change in my workout routine. Honestly, I can’t go on like this forever. I can’t jump from one injury to the other like I did in the last three years. I just want to make steady progress without constantly falling back. So, season two is all about not overdoing it. Stopping when it’s the most fun!
I guess that would have been a great end to todays post, but it isn’t. The thing about my new lifestyle is, that I am spending three days a week in the office. Not that this would be a disadvantage, in fact I do many more steps I would do in the home office anyway! But, I am far away from my home gym and my home gym machinery. Of course you can do sport without all that fancy equipment, but I am just not really used to that. So, this season will also be about going back to the basics.
