My knee injury is getting better, finally. As it turned out, it’s a muscle issue and not an actual knee issue. Interesting how our medical system works. But let’s not talk about this. The good news are that I can get the problem under control on my own. My physio showed me the exercises I should focus on and now I am doing them on a daily basis. It feels good to be back in some kind of a workout routine again. Even though this is a relatively low intensity. I will keep you updated.
