Health is the most important thing in life. Without good health everything else seems unimportant. Sure, money might help to get back in shape earlier, but what if there is nothing they can do? How much do you care about your own health? What do you do to stay healthy? Are you doing enough?
I am getting older, my youth is long gone. I recover much slower. My body needs more time to rebuild what I have destroyed. That’s why it’s so important to keep working on our health. That’s why it’s necessary to do sport! But not just any sport. We need to find the right balance between building up muscles and working on our endurance, between our flexibility and strength, between our nutrition and recovery times.
Don’t waste your health! Work on it!
