Yup, I started again. It was about time. The new approach looks like this. No pressure, no need to do anything, no count, no statistic, no nothing. I do it whenever I feel like doing it. I use guided meditations for the start. That way it has a defined start and finish. I do it in between doing other things, so that it’s not a big event or anything like that. I don’t want to do the meditation in the morning or evening when I am calm anyways. I want to learn to get my thoughts under control when things a flying left and right. So, for example, in the midst of meetings at work or a discussion in the family.
