If you mean having learned a new and efficient way to fall asleep, yes, then I am experiencing progress. But in terms of my meditational skills, the door of improvement has not even been touched.
The first thing I needed to change was going back to my evening routine. No, honestly, this is the best thing. It helps me to switch off and get my thoughts kind of sorted. Once I am getting into the zone, I know that my day is over. Things move out of my focus. Problems become more tasks that can wait for tomorrow.
The most progress can I feel on my stress level side of life. Stress is a very individual thing, agreed, but I tend to have it a lot. Since I have started to go back to my routine things have already changed. I feel much more calm, no, honestly! It works!
