Ok, not the best word play of all times, but still kind of funny. Yes, I am back in the game! My back is back! I have dislocated a part of my back when lifting up my bed in this strange position. Gosh, I am such an idiot! But the good news is that I will be fine soon! It still hurts here and there, but it’s getting better day by day!
The golden rule? Do enough sport and for Christs sake, move! Don’t just sit around in a bad position all the time. At work I can use my hight adjustable desk to stand in-between! Honestly, this is also quite an effective training. At the moment I focus on just moving my back and doing cardio. So no real muscle workout with weights. I can go back to this once I am completely fine again!
