I am back in the daily thing. Agreed, my “workout” these days is not really that, a proper workout. But it’s better than nothing, that’s for sure! In the words of my gf, it’s a baby girl workout! But hey! We all have to start somewhere.
I do at least 1 hour a day. That’s something! On the weekends 2 hours. Of course it could be better, but as long as I am not completely fit, I don’t want to risk anything.
