Walking was never a real sport for me. Sure, hiking is, but just having a walk? Ridiculous! Well, that’s how things are changing over time. Of course walking is not really a full body workout, but still better than nothing. Especially when you can’t really do anything else. My goal for the year is to walk more and so far, I am on a good way, literally! There are so many nice roads to walk on. Seeing something else then tv screens all day long, doesn’t sound too bad!
