Does being busy count? Is this a form of meditation? Or is this just another form of distracting ourselves? People that tend to worry too much feel better when being distracted. Is this the simplest form of life? Trying to be busy all the time?

It’s fascinating to observe how easily we can change our mental wellbeing by feeling busy. Or at least for me this works brilliantly!
