I really have a problem with taking breaks, no seriously. Now that I have one week off, I can take a break? Not really! But should I? I have learned over time, that our bodies take necessary breaks whenever they need them. It’s not for us to decide. It’s not for us to take control over that.

I may have overworked myself a bit recently. But we all know how things are. One thing after the other comes back on the agenda. A task here, a question there, and before we notice 10 hours are gone already and it feels like there is so much left for tomorrow. With my new job being a 35 hour work week, at least on the paper, I really have to get things under control. In the long run I need to work even less then the 35 hours to get rid of the hours I have collected already. Meaning that there is more time for me to do sport and actually enjoy doing it. So taking a break from one thing doesn’t necessarily mean taking a break from everything else.
