Doing sport is a part of nearly everyones life these days, isn’t it? Or how many people do you know that are not somehow involved in some kind of sport activities? No matter what we do, as long as we are doing something, it’s supposed to be good for us, isn’t it? Of course we could discuss the ultra marathon and extreme sport topics here, but that’s not really what I know a lot about, so let’s just say, doing sport is good, but only within certain limitations. I guess we can all agree to that. Nevertheless, the limitations shouldn’t be fixed values. Sometimes it does make sense to overdo something a little bit, the same goes for days on which we should do a little bit less.

The moment that we feel our bodies after a good workout session, it’s a sign for growth. We move on in life, taking the next steps. That’s why we shouldn’t be afraid about doing it. Quite the opposite. We should seek more opportunities for us to grow.
