What do you think? Can we combine a walk in nature with a mediation practice? I would say yes, but it depends. Walking next to a busy road, walking in a park with many people, walking with your AirPods on? Distractions aren’t necessarily bad, we need to learn to handle them in our every day life, but still, especially in the beginning it will be quite a challenge to keep up the meditation work.

Having a walk is not the only thing we can do outside. We can also just sit on a bench, do some sport, or whatever. Even when time is highly limited, just taking a couple of breaths outside can also help us to take a short break. Especially if we can get some sun light after the winter time.
