Due to recent events, I had to reschedule my whole training routine. I have problems with feeling dizzy for a very long time by now, but we never really understood what is going on. It could be the eyes, the ears, the brain, the body posture, something that’s not sitting right, I guess we can go on like this forever. Recently I had the full dizziness again. Normally this wouldn’t give me any reason for celebration, only that this time I went straight to the physio and he could make the dizziness go away. Meaning that the real reason of it all can hardly be the eyes, or ears, or whatever, but something within my body posture or my neck. So we were all wrong last time, thinking that it was the ear.

Now that I know what causes the issue, I need to ask myself how could it get worse again. Is it my training? The long days in the office? A lack of movement or the wrong movements all together? I really need to work on this now in order to get the problem back under control!
