We all know the feeling. There is just too much to do. We start doing our job, but no matter how hard we try, there is always something interrupting our process. Too many meetings, an information event, other calls and questions from co-workers. These days my workdays are flying by. I am really busy but do not feel like I can solve the problems at hand. Too often I need to rely on feedback from third parties that do not give me any feedback at all. On these days I tend to stress myself to the limit without taking a step back and analyzing my doing. That’s really stupid of me, right? Yes! I hate myself for doing this. Especially now that I notice what I am doing, I feel really stupid. That’s why I need to change this behavior as soon as possible and start getting back into the flow again.
