What can we offer that makes the difference? What do our customers want, need or use? We can talk about this topic for ages, but the conclusion will always be the same. Customers do not buy products, they buy solutions, ideas, concepts of a better life. They purchase a little bit of happiness, a lifestyle add on, something that makes their every day better. Of course there are products out there who really do not give a shit, but the majority of the companies do care. Not because they want to, but because they have to.

Offering more is the key to a successful future. People seldomly like to see their money gone, especially not in these strange political thunderstorm days. In order to stay out of trouble we need to satisfy customers.
