We can always do more! More! More! More! But doing more doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s more effective. Quite the opposite, actually. Doing more is good if you do just a little. But doing more when you are already doing more is a no go. Rather focus on something more specific. In the next two weeks I will have a lot of time for sport. I am planning to do a lot of sport. But I am also planning on not overdoing it in any way. There should be a limit we shall not pass. Let’s see how good the two weeks will be. Wish me luck!
