The best racing week of the year is about to start. The 24h race on the Nordschleife is my personal fan highlight. It’s the race you just have to watch, even if you are just watching some hours of the YouTube livestream. Being at the race track is, depending on what you have in mind, usually always an option, but in this specific case it’s not an option for me. Too many people! And with too many, I really mean that! There will be too many people! You will not enjoy the race at all! The all other available option? If you like camping you can go there for camping. Staying there on the camping side for a week or two might solve some of the problems and make you enjoy the race, but that’s definitely nothing for me. That’s why I am planning on watching some of the race online, maybe visiting a friend and have some conversations. The beginning is Saturday 4 pm German time.
