I need to do sport more regular again. I am kind of doing sport in a regular rhythm. But it’s still not what I have in mind. I don’t want to stop because of the lack of time, I want to stop because of the lack of energy. I need to find a new way of doing my sport. I need to remove the time pressure. I need to invest more time. There is so much I can improve on. Well, time for another change again. I will adapt my priorities. I have to adapt them. I might be able to work a bit less and spend more time doing the right things. This weekend I will be walking a lot. I guess too much. It’s a sign that I am not fit enough! Let’s go and do more!
