Being tired is ok. Sleep deprivation is never a good thing. We all know that we should work on our sleeping performance. But just saying this makes it weird, somehow. Isn’t sleep all about relaxing and recovering? How is this a performance thing? It shouldn’t be a thing to be afraid of. Sleep just happens, naturally. Or at least that is the goal. My sleep isn’t particularly good in the last weeks. I am doing too many different things at the same time, I change my bed time too ofter, I give myself not enough time to recover.
