What is satisfaction? When are we really satisfied with something. A product, an app, a tool, there are many things in our life that are somehow satisfactory. Or let’s put it this way, they have the possibility to make us satisfied. Just take any product of your choice. Of course there is always at least one thing about the product we don’t like. But does this have an effect on the complete customer experience? Or is it just us making a big deal about something unimportant? I guess it always depends. Was the product expensive? Was this the only real option I need? Is this a problem I will experience every day, or just once every now and again? Satisfaction is a different thing for every one of us. Some might not even notice a difference. Some might not even care. Today when writing this post, I had a little argument with my gf about this topic. I truly believe that we need to give things a second or third chance. We shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. But nevertheless, some people do. And that’s their right.
