You go and sit, breathe, relax. Focus to not focusing on anything. Focus to breathe. Meditating can become quite stressful. Especially the moment your motivation for doing it is already gone. What helps next? A YouTube video? Fancy music? A new meditation pillow? The problem is within ourselves. We expect too much from ourselves. We are the ones responsible for the pressure. We are the source of the fear of missing out on something. If you want to get rid of the pressure, get rid of your expectation mindset.
