Discussing workout techniques is always a controversial topic. Everyone knows it better, honestly! But if you are doing your exercises and stretching slowly, you will definitely experience less injuries compared to doing everything quickly. Last week I watched a fitness program my employer has published online. While the exercises were somehow interesting and new, the trainer did everything way too quickly. And with way too quickly I really mean that. It was too quick! Some people might like the “HIT” workout style and yes, for you, please go ahead. But for all the others that just want to get fit and not necessarily injured, do the god damn exercises slowly!
