An easy example. You want to improve your body posture. Thinking about it helps! Why? Because we are getting aware of what we are might doing wrong. We get a sense for what is going on and change this behavior. The same approach works for all the other walks of life. Whatever we are focusing on, we start to understand better. And once we have figured out what we are doing wrong, it’s easy to change.
