Well, here it is!
Season 3.
So, what’s new? A good question! I will not just do sport for the sake of doing sport, which sounds somehow stupid anyways, instead, I will focus on doing sport in order to reach my goals. Which are: Getting fit again! Having the perfect body posture and finally feeling good in my body again. For too long I have allowed my problems to stand in the way. Well, not any more! If my problems don’t want to disappear, I will just ignore them! Fuck you problems! You will no longer hold me back!
The new season is all about nutrition, being active, focus on my weaknesses and getting fit in general.
