We all know how life can be sometimes. Cruel, hot, disgusting, exhausting, … But the thing is this, the moment we loose our humor, those things are actually hitting deep. Stepping us all day long. That’s why we should laugh! A lot! One form of meditation is trying to escape. Going somewhere nice and relaxing. But our everyday life looks a bit different compared to the life in an average buddhist temple. That’s why we need different strategies. We need methods to deal with our everyday life. With our unique situation. Humor is a big part of my life. It helps me to deal with the crazy things going on around us. It’s a way to find the positive in disaster.
