It’s a difficult topic, at least for me. I regularly argue with my gf about it. Is a workout routine necessary? Is a workout routine efficient? Is a workout routine the way to go? My answer for the past years couldn’t be more clear! Hell no! You do not need a detailed workout routine! Of course having some kind of a rotation in your exercises is good, we should work on every muscle of our body, but having a definite plan? No, thank you! Well, looking at this topic today, I think I can say with a certainty of 99%, that having no real workout routine has brought me to this situation right now. Sometimes I do too much, on other days I do too little. Some areas I overtrain, others do not get any attention. Looking at my workout lifestyle these days, I definitely need to have a plan, I need a routine!
