Not that I would be new to the topic of tracking my life. Don’t forget, I have my weekly statistic for quite some time and did something very similar before too. But with the purchase of the Apple Watch I want to get on the next level.
Don’t get me wrong on that! The goal was never to maximize my potential! Quite the opposite actually! The goal is to do less in a better way. What sounds to be strange isn’t strange after all! My major problem is finding time to calm down. I am always doing some kind of an activity! This has to stop! I want to track my life so that I can see for myself where I am doing too much and where too little.
