Now that I have my Apple Watch, I can not only feel when I am stressed, I can also see it! It’s funny how simple our bodies work. It’s just a little of balance that causes our whole system to react! I am still not where I want to be, but it’s definitely work in progress! I am getting better at this day by day! Slowing things down is the way to go.
