#1940² TO THE TOP  ↑² – S6 E7 – ACTIVE RELAXATION

I am sick. Totally sick. It doesn’t feel like my last cold is a year ago, but it is. At least if I remember correctly. Getting sick is a part of life. The weather turned cold again, I was in Düsseldorf two weeks ago, there are a lot of things that tell me it was about time. But it’s not just that. It’s my constant fight against not getting sick. My immune system was never the strongest but it improved over the last years. Or at least it feels like that. Nevertheless, I am not really doing anything to maintain a healthy body. I experience quite a lot of stress in my life, stress that clearly shows, but I am not really doing anything against it. At least not in the way I would like to do things. If I ask people to describe me and tell me who I am, the answers are quite similar. I am too stressed, too nervous, too angry, too absorbed with my problems. I have to change this! I really need a change. So let’s just change it right now.

No more distractions, no more excuses, I do a drastic life change. I change my nutrition. I read again. I meditate more and do active relaxation techniques.
