I guess this is the only way how it might work. Help yourself or no-one will help you. Have you ever heard something about the German health system? It sucks! But today is not about that. Today is about us. What do we do when we feel sick? Right! We try to get healthy again! But what happens when getting healthy is not really the goal any longer? What if we just want it to be a little bit better than yesterday?

For too many years I am running away from my problems. This has to change now! I have to get this under control. I have to stop ignoring the signs. I have to seek for help, even though help is not really what you get in this modern medicine world. If you don’t know exactly what you have, no-one can help you as it seems. It’s funny that we experience the same with cars. The first thing they do is checking the errors. If that doesn’t work how high are the chances that they find the problem? Exactly! I am sure there are good doctors out there but I haven’t found them yet.
